ATTENTION PEOPLE OF CHICAGO

Hey guys. This would probably make a better bulletin than blog, wouldn't it? And yet here we are.

A couple of months ago I wrote a play called "I Want You to Find Me". It kept me tired and grouchy for a few weeks, and I'm pretty proud of it. I'd like you to come see it. Why don't you? There will be beers afterward, and you could drink one, and we could joke around. Maybe there will be music. You can smoke a cigarette if you want. See how fun that sounds?

"I Want You to Find Me" is part of Speaking Ring Theatre's Vitality festival, which plays Thursday through Sunday, starting August 2, and runs for two weeks. I'll be there the first Thursday. Coincidentally, Lollapalooza is the same weekend; I bought tickets for that months before I ever wrote the play. In other words, even though I'm seeing the show on Thursday, I'll be in town all weekend, and would love to hear from you. Probably. Well, some of you.
